We headed out to Leeuwkop correctional services dam – and had a blast with tempo angling.
Legends Legacy Series Killer instinct & Target stood out. Later on we decided to hit it up with some Ninja and the fish came in kicking!
This place is ridiculously cheap, only R30 per person over the age of 13… Free for 12 and under.
Facilities are average & you need to make sure you packed whatever you will need on the day…
This place is located within the prison grounds… And access is controlled.
Best times to fish there would definitely be during the week, there are quite a number of people during weekends & unfortunately not all of them are there to fish… Noise is a problem of you wish to have some peace and quiet.
Make sure to pack your Target, Ninja & Killer Instinct for those Leeuwkop trips.
